Children's Vision and Learning Month Impact
In the summer of 1995, August was first declared Children’s Vision and Learning Month. The goal was to raise awareness about the many vision issues that can affect a child’s ability to learn.

According to the American Optometric Association (AOA),1 in 4 children has undiagnosed vision problems that interfere with learning.

August awareness creates a September through December patient influx. Schools refer more. Parents seek help. Your patient volume increases significantly.
Essential Kit for Awareness-Driven Growth
-
The Essential Kit isn't about having more equipment; it's about having the right equipment when awareness creates opportunity
-
No delays. No referrals elsewhere. No explanation to parents why the treatment must wait for the equipment. Be ready to treat them completely from session one
-
Prepare for awareness-driven growth systematically. When you ensure equipment capacity matches patient demand, you maintain professional standards regardless of volume increases.

The Essential Kit auto-ship program. wasn't created to push more gear, but to make sure your practice is fully equipped for moments like these, so you can serve more kids, without the risk of compromising care.
