1. Submit Application​
Apply to become an Eye hero Provider by going to this website: doctor.eye-hero.com/apply/emergent

2. Get Approved
Once approved as an Eye Hero Provider, you can start prescribing Eye Hero to your patients at
A member of the Eye Hero team will contact you to set up a time for a free demo and training you on the product.​

3. Prescribe Eye Hero
In the portal, select prescribe and add a patient's name and email. The patient will receive an email prescription with a link to redeem it and subscribe to Eye Hero.

Start earning from every patient that uses Eye Hero!
A package is then sent to the patient with the Red/Green glasses, instructions to download the software, and an activation code to start using Eye Hero. It's that easy!
