Free Stuff?

So, last week at the OVDRA Annual Meeting, when I was talking to Dr. Winters, he slipped up and said I could give away free stuff.

I know, right?

FREE STUFF!

It wasn’t something I was expecting, especially since I was half joking in the moment, but I am running with it! The way he said it sounded like he didn’t mean it—maybe he was just throwing it out without thinking. But guess what? When I asked him to confirm this morning, he hadn’t changed his mind, so we’ve got to move fast!

I know I’m probably playing with fire here, but think about it—free stuff? That’s an opportunity you don’t pass up.

So here’s the deal. This month, we will be hosting a free 90-minute study group that anyone can attend, as part of our Mastering VT series. Although these online training events are usually reserved for paid attendees, this event is completely FREE.

During the call, we will open the floor to anyone who has a question about a patient, activity, or other optometry-related topic. And the fun doesn’t stop there! After the call, we will be raffling off not one, but TWO of Emergent’s customizable home VT kits!

Now, space is unlimited (as long as we don’t break the internet), so anyone involved with VT can join. And we are treating this like a coffee shop. You don’t need to arrive at the beginning and stay the entire time. If you only have 15 minutes to pop in on the call, that’s great! Join us, ask your question, and depart! Just please be prepared to have your camera turned on so we can see who we are entering into the raffle.

Bring your VT questions, your favorite activity to share, or just hang out and listen for a few minutes. All of these are great options!
