Saying Goodbye to Our Flippers (and Hello to What’s Next!)

It’s not every day that we retire a product, and honestly, this one is a little bittersweet. For years, our lens flippers have been a staple in vision therapy practices around the world. We’ve loved making them and hearing all the creative ways you’ve used them.

For a while, we took a different approach, making our flippers out of bamboo and glass. It was a fun experiment that let us try something new and give a fresh and planet-friendly twist to a classic VT tool. But as much as we’ve enjoyed them, the time has come to say goodbye. We’re officially discontinuing production of our flippers.

Why the Change?

Because we’re dreamers and innovators at heart. We’re always looking for new ways to make vision therapy more effective, more fun, and more accessible. Retiring the flippers frees us up to focus on creating the next wave of tools and ideas for our community.

The Magic of the Magnet ✨

One of the things people loved most about our flippers was the embedded magnets. That clever little detail made them hands-free, so you could add lenses to almost any activity without juggling equipment. It was practical, playful, and—let’s be honest—kind of magical.

And we didn’t want that magic to disappear.

Introducing the New Flipper Clip!

Some of you may remember that, long before our bamboo flippers, we had an original version of the Flipper Clip. Now, we’ve brought it back—redesigned and better than ever.

This brand new Flipper Clip keeps the hands-free magnet magic alive but with a fresh design that attaches to both of the most common flipper styles. In other words—you don’t have to give up the convenience you loved with our bamboo flippers.
